WGTCL season19

miKKel — Mon, 04 Aug 2008 10:00:04 GMT

Wgtcl season19 has come to an end. Div.3b has been a tough one with many strong teams.

ReV has fighted to still be in div.3. It has been hard, but i have good news.

3 teams are going down. 3 teams seems to forfeit our div.3b (CuteSmall, Ghost and Media)

I'm not 100% sure yet, but i think we still are in div.3=)

Last wgtcl cw was vs Lzuruha. They are the best team in our div and will go to div.2 next season.

ReV 1-4 Lzuruha

Z-Type did what he does every cw: WIN-WIN-WIN!!! Yet again he wins, this time vs a CAN-B member, a very strong opponent, 2-0.

Hayarok played 2 looooooooong games, but had to face a 0-2 loss. "I could have won 1 game, it was close"

FroST started out with a 1-0 lead. A gosu DT with 19 kills was the true hero of the game.

Sadly FroST lost 1-2, but i'm sure FroST felt he should have won. Strong play from FroST!

wistec...wistec...wistec... HE got super-cheesed twice. His and the opponent's words after the game explained it all.

I dont think they are the best of friends... 0-2

Kim and FroST played the 2v2. they lost 0-2, but the match report is that is was close.

It has to be mentioned that they have'nt played together before.

wistec.ReV 0-2 Gretorp.lzuruha

Z-Type.ReV 2-0 ControL.Lzuruha

FroST.ReV 1-2 RaYz.Lzuruha

Hayarok.ReV 0-2 Ryoku.Lzuruha

kim.ReV/FroST.ReV 0-2 farl.Lzuruha/YooHo.Lzuruha

This is ReV

miKKel — Thu, 31 Jul 2008 15:01:06 GMT

I've been in ReV for a while now. I have survived 2 bad times when ReV almost died.

But ReV is a spesial clan with players that loves ReV. It is one of the oldest clans, From the start in 1998

ReV has always been about good manner. That has made ReV one of the best clans to be inn.

Some player over the years have left ReV, only to discover that "the gras wasnt greener on the other side", and have come back to ReV

I hope you all will respect this legacy, and continue making ReV a nice place to be.

ReV was at is peak 6 months ago, with a big team rooster, many national players.

We had a good chance to go to div.1 in wgtcl and bwcl.

But our beloved leader,(best of all times in bw), quitted bw...almost the whole team followed him and quitted.

Now is a new time for ReV, we are back to the basic of bw = enjoying the game, and beeing in a great clan.

I dont think we can try to go to div.1 again.

Mainly because div.1-2 requires C+/B-/B/A- players. in that case we have to get a whole new lineup, and the activity rules will be hard.

We are now going to be the best clan, maybe not in skillz, but in manner and friendship.

We are not going to set a goal to what div we want to get to, but play and be in the div we belong.

If we get better we go up.

But trust me, when ppl are happy and want to be online as a ReV, the skill will automaticly rise;)

Also i got to mention iccup vs europe.

Op ReV europe is our "home". This is were we will be most of the time. Playing and chatting with other members.

This is important for friendship and team spirit. I'm saying this because i know the importance of getting to know all members and feeling the team spirit.

Iccup is a good place to play more "serious" 1v1 and 2v2. A good place to train and get better skillz.

But since it is a ladder, you will mainly play games and missing out the rest of the team action.

So my advice is to be Op ReV europe as home base, and iccup for more serious gaming.

I say 60% europe, 40% iccup is ideal.

Here are some main rules:

1. Good manner=)

2. Activity. 3-4 days a week + every Sunday for cw's

3. Write in the forum if you are going away

sincerly yours

WGTCL vs (OD)

miKKel — Tue, 22 Jul 2008 02:35:09 GMT

WGTCL Sunday 20.july

ReV 1-4 (OD)

(OD) is maybe the strongest team in our div.

They will maybe make it to div.2, and that means they have good players.

Z-Type did as he always do= WIN BABY!! It was a nice win vs a strong opponent

Rama, rauss and Frost had to face the fact that they had to type GG first...

they played good, but facing C+/B- players its hard.

FroST and wistec had the difficult job to play the 2v2

The 2v2 started out good, with a 1-0 lead. second game was short. 3.game they had a long and exiting battle, but had to type out GG. 1-2

Z-type 2-1 casy(OD)

Rama 0-2 Voo(OD)

rauss 1-2 Rise(OD)

FroST 0-2 Algid(OD)

FroST/wistec 1-2 NewbCrack/Meth

ReV 3-2 [db]

Sunday 6.july we played vs [db] in wgtcl div.3b

This was an important match, since [db] is one of the teams we are fighting with to survive in div.3

But ReV players showed some true fighting skillz, and simply overpowered [db]

Z-Type won as always his match=) 2-1. Rama had to play 3 long games, but came out on top after a 0-1 start (2-1).

sosha took home an ez 2-0 win, and rauss had to face a 0-2 loss

The 2v2 ended in a 0-2 loss for Roughneck and FroST.

I also have to mention that rauss got a hold of a wgt-admin, and got sosha added to clan league faster then i have ever seen=)

Z-Type.ReV 2-1 EnAnO[db]

Rama.ReV 2-1 CarLoS[db]

sosha.ReV 2-0 TiCo[db]

Rauss.ReV 0-2 Riuh[db]

FroST.ReV 0-2 EnAnO[db]
